Sheri Culberson served as a prosecutor in Montgomery County, Texas for 20 years. She left the Montgomery County District Attorney’s office as Felony Chief of the Crimes Against Children Division. While there she prosecuted felony and misdemeanor crimes in every criminal court in the county and became certified in Criminal Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. Sheri has extensive criminal jury trial experience, having tried more than 75 criminal cases to a jury including DWI, Theft, Aggravated Assault, Aggravated Robbery, Aggravated Sexual Assault, and Capital Murder.

Sheri now is dedicating her practice to help those arrested and charged of crimes and in need of legal representation. The knowledge and skills she acquired representing the State in the most critical of criminal cases uniquely positions her to utilize that experience and  better represent those in need of a thorough and compassionate defense.
